After our first successful event last month at Osho Studio, our teacher and Yoga Beat founder Silvia Paonessa is traveling back to Berlin to take another Yoga Beat event with YOU♥ . The location of the new event is still TBA. For the time being we highly recommend you to put the date on your calendar and to warm up your heart, body and soul for our next practice.

– 90 minute class – (please arrive from 19:00, introduction from 19:15, Yoga Beat sequence 19.30, relaxation and meditation 20.30)
